I just have a few questions for right now though I fear I will have more in the future.

1. I noticed that posting IC users use different color text for each other their characters, I was wondering if the color of the text for your character was assigned or if we are to choose our own color. If we are allowed to choose our own do we have to be sure to get a different color then the others?

2. Are we allowed to use a celebrities 'face' as the 'face' of our character and have a picture of them in our signature with the character's name?

The colors are what ever you choose them to be! It would be kinda hard if everyone had 5 characters and there are only like 11 colors!
And I am pretty sure you can, I don't see why not!

1. The character colors don't have to be different colors from other user's characters, just your own. And no, the characters aren't assigned colors.

2. Yes, you can use celebrities as pictures for your characters. Try to avoid using the exact same character picture as another user. When the site is larger it might be a bit more acceptable.
